T.E. Roberts, Inc. has been providing underground utility installation and repair services throughout Southern California for the last twenty-three years. As an experienced wet utility contractor servicing multitudes of municipalities and agencies, we have completed thousands of contracts in the public and private sector. T.E. Roberts, Inc. has the means to complete technically complex underground wet utility contracts from conception to completion, including Design-Build projects. We are continually expanding our knowledge and capabilities while using creative methods and new technology to improve services to save consumers money. We are Certified Installers and own our own equipment for both TEAM Insert Valves and Primus Liners.
