About Our Speakers

Jenn Gross, C.Tech, GISP, AMP

Asset Management Practice Lead, GEI

Jenn Gross is a strategic management leader and GEI's Canadian Asset Management Practice Lead with more than 19 years of experience across both municipal and consulting environments. She has been instrumental in building resilient asset management and data management programs and has contributed to the development of numerous Asset Management Plans. Jenn holds several professional designations, including Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT), Certified GIS Professional (GISCI), and Asset Management Professional (IAM).

Her expertise includes guiding the creation of asset management programs, condition assessment methodologies, risk and criticality models, lifecycle strategies, and level of service frameworks. Jenn is know for her ability to translate organizational goals into practical, actionable asset management solutions and for fostering innovation through collaborative engagement.

Beyond her technical strengths, Jenn excels in evaluating business processes and corporate systems - such as GIS - to deliver tailored, practical recommendations that advance asset management planning. Her collaborative approach enables clients to modernize services, optimize resources, and build a strong foundation for long-term infrastructure sustainability.
