Lindsey Stuvick is the Sustainable Resources Officer at Moulton Niguel Water District, leading initiatives in water resources, energy optimization, digital innovation, and operational efficiency. Lindsey focuses on developing sustainable, data-driven solutions and customer engagement strategies that can be scaled across the water industry. Lindsey serves as Co-Chair of SWAN’s Digital Twin Working Group and is a recipient of the Switzer Fellowship from the Robert & Patricia Switzer Foundation.
